Winchester Reserve has a service-area railing component in addition to its residential work. Located at 4020 Brice Road near Winchester Pike, U.S. 33 and the I-270 loop, this Canal Winchester-area community offers apartments with patios or balconies. The project's distinctive third service is Dumpster Railing, alongside balcony and stair hand railing.

Capstone Rail's Winchester Reserve scope comprised Balcony Railing, Stair Hand Railing and Dumpster Railing. The first two components serve apartment balconies and stairs. Dumpster Railing remains a separately identified part of the package, extending the recorded work beyond those residential applications. This Brice Road project is therefore a reference for a different service combination from Capstone's nearby balcony-and-pool-fencing projects.
