Walden Lakes is a Codet Road apartment community in northeast Columbus, at 3870 Codet Road. One-, two- and three-bedroom homes share a property with private balconies and a pool with a large sundeck. Capstone Rail's work connects those residential and common outdoor settings through three railing and fencing services.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
The Walden Lakes installation includes balcony railing, stair hand railing and pool fencing. The balcony railings address outdoor space associated with the residences, and the stair handrails serve a separate circulation application. Fencing at the shared pool forms the third component. Each belongs to the Walden Lakes project, distinct from the neighboring Victoria Manor installation on Codet Road.
