These property features establish the context for Capstone Rail's residential and pool-area work.

Capstone provided the balcony railing, stair hand railing and pool fencing at Eden Park Apartments. The balcony and stair services form the residential portion, while the fence belongs to the swimming area. The scope is tied to those three applications, not the property's trails or other outdoor facilities. This North Cassady project combines apartment-building railing with a defined amenity-fencing component.
