Donald Reserve is the McCutcheon Road project, at 2235 McCutcheon Road near Sunbury Road in Columbus. The apartment community has individual entrances and patio or balcony options. Although its leasing services are handled at Woodfield Park, Donald Reserve is a separate property and a separate Capstone Rail installation location.

Capstone's contribution at Donald Reserve consists of balcony railing and stair hand railing. One component serves the apartments' outdoor balconies; the other provides hand railing at the stairs. The project keeps the focus on residential railing rather than a wider amenity-fencing package. Its McCutcheon Road address distinguishes this work from the Austin Manor Boulevard installation at Woodfield Park.
