Verandas @ The Views is a luxury condominium project in Covington overlooking downtown Cincinnati. Capstone Rail’s scope centered on aluminum balcony railing with glass, a visible architectural element where the view is part of the property’s selling point.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
Capstone Rail completed the aluminum-with-glass balcony rail package for Verandas @ The Views. The work focused on balcony edges, panel alignment, clean exterior presentation, and maintaining the openness expected from a skyline-view condominium product.
For skyline-view condos, railings need to protect the balcony edge without taking away from the view. Glass and aluminum details also need to look sharp from both the unit and the exterior.
Capstone Rail installed the aluminum/glass balcony rail package with attention to line, panel alignment, and exterior consistency across the balcony elevations.
The finished rail system supports the high-end condo feel while preserving the openness and views that define Verandas @ The Views.
