Long balconies at Verandas @ The Views face a wooded hillside and the Cincinnati skyline from Covington. The outdoor spaces extend across brick and light-sided elevations, with projecting corners changing the direction of each balcony edge.

Capstone Rail installed aluminum-and-glass railing along the balcony fronts and projecting corner returns. Transparent panels sit within dark posts and top rails.
