A pond, curved retaining wall and seating area give The Meridian on 32 a distinct site-edge condition in Batavia. The apartment buildings pair repeated balcony bays with exterior wood stairs, alongside a separate service enclosure.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
Capstone Rail’s scope includes balcony rails, stair handrails, pond-overlook railing and a dumpster enclosure. Returned black handrails sit alongside the wood stair guards; picket railing follows the curved pond-side wall.
