Built for the project, coordinated for the field.
The District at Deerfield Residences is the newer residential phase within Deerfield Township’s mixed-use district in Mason, Ohio. Capstone Rail’s scope was focused and straightforward: balcony railing only. For a walkable destination project with apartments, restaurants, retail, entertainment, and public gathering space around it, the balcony package had to feel clean, modern, and consistent from elevation to elevation.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
Capstone Rail completed the balcony rail package for the second phase across Parkway Drive from One Deerfield. The work focused on balcony layouts, rail alignment, field conditions, transitions, and visible exterior details connected to the apartment residences.
On a mixed-use project, balcony rails are not hidden back-of-house details. They sit in view of residents, visitors, restaurants, and surrounding streets, so small inconsistencies can stand out quickly.
Capstone Rail kept the scope tight and execution-driven: verify balcony conditions, coordinate installation sequence with active site work, and keep rail runs aligned across repeated apartment elevations.
The completed balcony rail work supports a polished Phase 2 residential presence for The District at Deerfield and gives Capstone a strong Greater Cincinnati mixed-use multifamily project.
