Parkway Trails is a Florence apartment community in the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky market. Capstone Rail handled balcony rails, stair rails, and cane rail under the stairs, giving the property a complete exterior circulation package rather than a balcony-only entry.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
The Capstone scope covered balcony rail installation, stair rail installation, and cane rail below stair conditions. The row is written to reflect a practical multifamily rail package tied to resident circulation and repeated building conditions.
Balcony rails, stair rails, and cane rails have to work together as one clean exterior package. If any one of those conditions is off, the finished building can look pieced together.
Capstone Rail approached the project by separating the field conditions — balcony, stair, and under-stair cane rail — while keeping the installed lines and finish details consistent across the property.
The completed work gives Parkway Trails a safe, clean, and consistent exterior railing package for apartment units and shared circulation areas.
