Built for the project, coordinated for the field.

Capstone Rail’s work at Echo Ridge Apartments in Middletown is the retaining-wall fencing. Black picket fence follows block walls that curve around planted areas, turn at corners and continue toward a wooded edge on the sloping Innovation Drive site.
