Trace Quarter lines South Souder Avenue in Columbus’s Franklinton neighborhood. Brick and gray façades face a landscaped pedestrian alley, with projecting balconies, recessed outdoor spaces and ground-floor porches opening onto the shared setting.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
Horizontal cable runs across projecting balcony and porch rails. Pale panel infill appears at recessed balconies, while black picket guards and separate rounded handrails follow the entry ramp and steps.
