Retreat at Citygate brings balcony, stair and pool-area work together at a northeast Columbus apartment community. Capstone Rail's work at 1905 Stelzer Road includes balcony railing, stair hand railing, open-air stairway railing and pool fencing. The one- and two-bedroom apartment community is near Gahanna and John Glenn Columbus International Airport, with a pool deck among its shared amenities.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
The Citygate scope addresses both the apartment buildings and the pool area. Balcony railing serves private outdoor space. Stair hand railing and open-air stairway railing are separate listed services, preserving the distinction between those stair applications. Pool fencing completes the package at the community swimming area. The Stelzer Road project brings residential railing, open stairways and amenity fencing together in one installation scope.
