Primrose Place brings private apartment outdoor spaces and a shared pool to its Bixby Road setting. The community at 5724 Bixby Road, in the Canal Winchester area just off U.S. 33, offers one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Community gardens and other shared outdoor amenities sit alongside the residential buildings, giving the property a mix of individual and communal spaces.

Capstone Rail worked on three components at Primrose Place: balcony railing, stair hand railing and pool fencing. The balcony and stair work belongs to the residential portion of the project. Fencing around the pool forms the separate amenity portion. The package shows Capstone's involvement at both the apartment buildings and the swimming area without extending the scope to the property's other outdoor features.
