At Keeneland Place on Secretariat Boulevard in Grove City, recessed balconies share building bays with open exterior stairs. The stair runs pass between balcony levels, while a separate pool area introduces a wider perimeter condition elsewhere on the site.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
Black picket rails span the balconies and stair landings. Rounded handrails follow the exterior stair runs, and picket fencing encloses the pool area.
