Built for the project, coordinated for the field.
Jeffery Park is a 41-acre urban community in Columbus’s Italian Village. The railing work reflects an urban multifamily environment where architectural consistency, phase coordination, and high daily visibility all shape the final result.
A multi-building urban community can create coordination pressure across phases, elevations, and finish expectations, especially when railing details appear repeatedly in highly visible areas.
Capstone Rail organized field verification and installation planning around each condition while maintaining a common railing language that could carry across the broader Jeffery Park environment.
The finished railing work supports Jeffery Park’s polished urban character, helping balconies, amenity areas, and exterior circulation feel intentional across the 41-acre community.
