Small projecting balconies repeat across Grandview Crossing’s dark brick and gray-sided elevations in Columbus. Taller stacked frames group other balconies into vertical bays, creating several different exterior railing conditions within the same development.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
Panel-infill, cable and vertical-picket systems each define a different group of balcony edges.
