Element 26 Apartments combines brick and light siding along South Street in Lafayette. Recessed and shallow projecting balconies sit below a roof terrace with a longer open perimeter.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
The railing systems are vertical-picket guards at recessed and shallow projecting balconies, plus panel-infill rails along the roof terrace.
