Buckstone Flats is a 206-unit apartment community in Obetz with one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. Capstone Rail’s contribution focused on the planning and execution required for a larger multifamily railing and pool containment package where consistency, sequencing, and a polished exterior appearance all mattered.
A higher unit count increases the chance of small variations becoming visible across elevations, especially where balconies, stairs, and landings repeat throughout the community.
The team emphasized repeatable field standards, organized fabrication planning, and clear installation sequencing to keep railing lines uniform from the first building section through final punch-list areas.
The completed railing work gives Buckstone Flats a consistent exterior rhythm, dependable resident circulation support, and a professional finish suited to a new apartment community.
