Brynwood Reserve's Gender Road location puts this project southeast of downtown Columbus, with a Canal Winchester postal address. The one- and two-bedroom apartment community at 4900 Gender Road has individual entrances, patio or balcony options and an outdoor pool. Capstone Rail's installation involved both the residential setting and that common amenity.

Balcony railing and stair hand railing formed the building-related portion of the Brynwood Reserve work. Pool fencing added a separate application at the swimming area. The three services connect the project to different everyday uses of the property: private balcony space, travel on stairs and shared outdoor recreation. Capstone's scope is specific to those railing and fencing components.
