Recessed balconies and open stairwell landings alternate across Arlington Farms in Greenwood. A playground adds a separate ground-level enclosure, and the exterior stair flights create smaller under-stair spaces within the residential layout.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
The railing and fencing conditions span apartment balcony guards, stair and landing rails, handrails, an under-stair barrier and playground fencing.
