At Anvil 38 on State Road 38 East in Lafayette, projecting balcony corners cast a repeated pattern across red brick and gray upper façades. An upper terrace introduces a separate horizontal edge beyond the stacked residential bays.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
Picket guards follow the balcony fronts and corner returns. A separate framed guard runs along the upper-terrace perimeter.
