Capstone Rail provided railing installation at 515 East Apartments in downtown Elkhart, Indiana. Set along East Street near the Elkhart River, the property connects apartment living with the city's Historic District, local businesses and nearby RiverWalk Trail.
The community includes one- and two-bedroom residences and shared amenities such as a fitness center, craft room and rooftop deck. Its downtown setting gives the development a different character from a suburban apartment campus. For Capstone Rail, 515 East adds an Elkhart installation to a portfolio that spans senior housing, multifamily communities and commercial projects across Indiana.
