Diamond View Apartments places new housing in South Bend's Four Winds Baseball District, close to the ballpark and downtown. Capstone Rail provided railing installation for the apartment community at this urban location.
The property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with a community room and rooftop patio. Its combination of private homes and shared outdoor space reflects the appeal of apartment living near downtown activity. Diamond View adds a South Bend project to Capstone Rail's multifamily portfolio and demonstrates the company's reach into northern Indiana's urban housing market.
