Built for the project, coordinated for the field.
Capstone Rail installed cable railing at the media and broadcast/filming balcony inside Indiana Wesleyan University's I Am Third Arena in Marion, Indiana. The balcony provides a working position for the media team covering games and filming the action on the court.
The railing's open cable infill suits an elevated area where views into the arena are central to its purpose. This project highlights a focused application of cable railing within a university athletics facility: defining the edge of a dedicated media workspace while maintaining an open visual connection to the court.
Installed with jobsite coordination in mind.
Cable railing installation at the arena's media balcony and broadcast/filming area. Capstone Rail's scope was limited to this balcony railing.
The balcony serves people working during games. Its railing needs to define the elevated edge while retaining the open views that make the media and filming position useful.
Capstone Rail installed a cable railing system for the media and broadcast/filming balcony. The slim cable infill keeps the railing visually open within the arena interior.
A cable-railed balcony serving the arena's media and broadcast/filming team, with a clear visual connection to the court.
