The Stella is a 6-story apartment community on North Meridian Street in Indianapolis, positioned near downtown and the Near Northside. Capstone Rail supported the project with urban multifamily railing work for balconies, amenity areas, exterior circulation, and other resident-facing conditions. The railing package contributes to the community’s modern architectural presence while supporting everyday safety and durability.
Urban apartment projects place railing details close to active streets, shared amenities, and everyday resident circulation. The challenge was to deliver durable railing performance while preserving the building’s modern design language and high-visibility finish.
Capstone Rail coordinated the railing package around the building’s balcony lines, amenity spaces, and exterior circulation paths. The result is a clean, field-fit installation that supports function while complementing The Stella’s urban multifamily design.
The completed railing work reinforces The Stella’s modern downtown identity and gives balconies, rooftop areas, courtyards, and exterior circulation spaces a safe, durable, and polished finish.
