The Jacob brings new apartment living to Southport on the south side of Indianapolis. Capstone Rail provided railing work for a modern 4-story residential building where balcony, stair, landing, and guardrail details are highly visible to residents and visitors. The railing package adds durability, safety, and a clean architectural finish to the community’s exterior.
Multi-level apartment buildings concentrate many railing conditions into a compact footprint. The challenge was to coordinate rails for safety and durability while keeping the building’s exterior details streamlined and visually consistent.
Capstone Rail used field-focused coordination to align railing locations, transitions, and installation details with the building’s design. The work balanced resident safety requirements with a clean, modern appearance suited to a new Southport apartment community.
The completed railing package supports The Jacob’s modern residential identity and provides a durable, finished edge for balconies, stairs, landings, and everyday resident circulation.
