Built for the project, coordinated for the field.
The Ethan is an 85-unit, four-story apartment building on East Main Street in Columbus. Capstone Rail’s work fits the demands of a compact urban multifamily project where vertical circulation, street-facing visibility, and construction sequencing all influence the final railing installation.
A four-story urban building concentrates railing requirements into a tighter footprint, which can make staging, measurements, transitions, and finish consistency more demanding.
Capstone Rail coordinated field layout, fabrication planning, and installation sequencing by level so railing sections could come together cleanly within the constraints of an urban site.
The Ethan’s railing work contributes to a finished East Main Street presence, giving the building durable resident-use details that match the scale of a modern urban apartment project.
