Kensington Gardens is a new apartment community in McCordsville, Indiana, near Geist and the northeast Indianapolis market. Capstone Rail supported the property with railing work that complements the community’s garden-style architecture and resident-focused outdoor areas. The finished package brings clean lines, durable performance, and a refined edge to balconies, patios, stairs, and exterior circulation areas.
New garden-style developments need railing systems that feel integrated with the building design rather than added after the fact. The challenge was to deliver durable rail details while preserving the community’s clean residential look.
Capstone Rail aligned the railing package with the community’s repeatable building layouts, field conditions, and exterior finish goals. By coordinating rail locations and transitions early, the final installation could support safety, function, and curb appeal.
