Built for the project, coordinated for the field.
Grandview Crossing is part of a 60-acre mixed-use neighborhood connecting apartments, retail, restaurants, and walkable public spaces. Capstone Rail’s work belongs in a high-visibility portfolio position because the railing details support a modern urban development rather than a stand-alone apartment site.
Mixed-use communities create more exposure for every detail: residents, visitors, retail users, and street traffic all experience the railings from different angles and distances.
Capstone Rail treated the railing work as part of the development’s public presentation, coordinating layout, sight lines, and installation sequencing so the finished rail systems supported both function and design intent.
The finished railing contribution helps Grandview Crossing maintain a polished, urban multifamily feel with safety-focused details that fit the scale and visibility of the neighborhood.
