Built for the project, coordinated for the field.
Arlington Farms is a large garden-style apartment community in Greenwood, Indiana, serving residents on the south side of Indianapolis. Capstone Rail provided multifamily railing work that supports the community’s exterior balconies, stairs, landings, and circulation areas with a consistent, finished look. The project reflects Capstone Rail’s experience coordinating railing packages across large apartment developments.
Large garden-style apartment sites require railing layouts that are efficient to repeat but flexible enough for real jobsite conditions. The primary challenge was maintaining consistent elevations, spacing, and finish quality across a high number of similar railing conditions.
Capstone Rail used a standardized, field-coordinated approach to simplify production and installation while protecting the finished appearance of the property. This helped create a consistent railing package from building to building without sacrificing attention to individual rail conditions.
